Frequently asked questions

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, although we are UK based, we provide delivery worldwide. 

 

How do I return an item?

 

In the unlikely instance that you have to return your item, contact us prior to returning it. We will then ask you to send the parcel back in its original packaging (if possible). We will also provide you with a return address which you will then need to place onto the parcel. Please note that not all items are returnable - items from a limited drop cannot be exchanged or returned. Please check the product description/returns information on the item you are purchasing.

How do I track my order?

 

Once dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with the tracking information.

How can I contact your couriers?

 

Our current courier are Royal Mail and if any issues arise with the delivery, you can contact them providing your tracking number.

How long is international delivery? 

Depending on the delivery time frame of the item, once dispatched from us we aim to deliver in 5-15 working days (Mon-Thurs). Please note that delivery can sometimes take longer than this, if the customs process in your respective country is extensive.

Do you cover customs fees?

We do not cover customs fees for international shipments and it is up to the customer to cover this.

Can I return a custom garment? 


Custom garments cannot be returned as the garment is personalised to you and cannot be resold.
