Our custom pieces are made to order with our professional craftsmen, meaning there is a 30-35 working day production time.

Once the piece has been crafted and arrives at Zidouri HQ we will approve the item for shipping. Shipping times are as follows:

UK shipping - First class 1 working day delivery

International Non-Tracked Shipping - 5 to 7 working days

International Tracked Shipping - 4-6 working days

Items don't always take the full amount of time however be prepared to wait the full amount, it will be well worth the wait, we can promise that!

If you have a specific spelling of your name/quote please include this in Arabic. Misspelt or alternative spellings of your name/quote will not be eligible for a refund!

Arabic name necklaces must be made in one mould so it is likely that the dots of your name will be moulded into the name. Alternatively, if your name has a gap, this will also be moulded together to make the necklace. Please be aware of this!
